How to bulk invite users?

You can use Streams Manager to invite users to your servers in bulk at once.

Bulk inviting users to your Plex server is not recommended because it can cause a ban.

To bulk invite, navigate to Users page and click on the table header action menu item and choose Bulk Invite or Share. A dialog will be presented asking you to upload a CSV file with user data to be invited to your servers.

You can use the following CSV file to get you started.

Mandatory fields are:

• Email

• Server Name

• Plan Name

All other fields are optional. Keep in mind that transaction ID must be unique. If omitted, system will generate a unique value for you. Quantity will be defaulted to 1 and equates to one duration of your plan.

Once the file is submitted, Streams Manager will perform file validation and if successful, it will start a background job to invite all users in the file. Once the process is finished, an email will be sent to the administrator with the results. Note that your SMTP server needs to be setup properly and administrator notification email template enabled in Settings.
