Users getting expired notifications every hour

In some cases, you may see cases where a Plex user that has expired keeps getting notifications every hour. This may happen for a couple of reasons.

  • Your Plex token may be expired. Please go to Plex Account page, edit your Plex account and click Test. If the token is expired, please supply a new token and save.

  • Plex APIs are changing and Plex has multiple versions of the same API all returning different data (in API users exists and in the other, it does not). Streams Manager may run into issue removing a user in this case. To resolve this, you have to go to https://app.plex.tv and remove the users from your Plex account manually. Then in Streams Manager, delete any shared servers associated with the user.
